6 x Personalised chocolate jazzie discs which are handmade from either milk, white or dark luxury Belgian chocolate, and topped with a fully edible white Belgian chocolate image and 100s & 1000s. Each disc is approx. 30g in weight.
The discs are packaged in a beautiful white gift box and clear lid and tied with a ribbon. A gift tag with your choice of message can also be added, if required (at no extra cost). Labels are also provided with full ingredients and allergen/dietary information.

One disc can be personalised to include your own message to the recipient(s).

We use Milk, Soya, Wheat, Barley, Oat, Egg, All Nut Types, Sulphur Dioxide & Sulphites, Fish & Beef Gelatine and Colourants significantly within the unit for various products.

Please allow up to 7 working days before your item will be made and dispatched. Your chosen shipping option time will also be on top of this waiting time.
