We are a luxury Belgian chocolate company, set on a lovely farm in High Lane, Stockport (near Greater Manchester, UK), where each chocolatey treat is loving handcrafted by me, Amy.

How We Work
​
All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the personalised and bespoke nature of our products, there is a 7 BUSINESS DAY turnaround time before your item(s) will be dispatched. Your selected shipping option will also be on top of this time frame.

During the hot weather season, we strongly advise that you select Tracked24 postage, and pop an address where you know someone will be in to accept the order. In some circumstances - when the weather is extremely hot we may take the decision to postpone dispatching orders until the weather has cooled down. We will confirm this via our social media pages and on our website. If you still wish for us to send your order during this time, please contact us.

No refunds will be provided for chocolate which has melted in the post.

Pre-Orders​

You are more than welcome to make an order and request for it to be dispatched at a later. There is a Dispatch Date box on the checkout page for you to pop any future dates in there. If there is any issues with the future date (for example, if we are on annual leave) we will contact you via email.

During busy periods and for seasonal products we sometimes open the website to take pre-orders for say, example Father's Day. By purchasing an item with a pre-order status, you will be agreeing to the dispatch date of your order to be a future date. This future date will be confirmed on each product page. As such, your order will NOT be produced to the standard timescale.
