About Us

Hello, I’m Amy and what started out as lust and greed for chocolate, has now expanded into a passion for Chocolatiering. I love the tempering process of chocolate, the endless flavours I can mix together, and the challenge of making bespoke requests along with my good old tasty chocolate bars.

Lockdown in 2020 provided me with the time to do what I love best, and after years of being in the legal profession, I’ve finally got the chance to fulfil my ambition for creative chocolate making. I never even had an arty bone in my body at school but give me chocolate, a paintbrush and some sprinkles and watch me go!
