6 x Personalised chocolate jazzie discs which are handmade from either milk, white or dark luxury Belgian chocolate, and topped with a fully edible white Belgian chocolate image and 100s & 1000s. Each disc is approx. 30g in weight.
The discs are packaged in a beautiful white gift box and clear lid and tied with a ribbon. A blank gift tag so you can add your own personalised message also be added, if required (at no extra cost). Labels are also provided with full ingredients and allergen/dietary information.
Personalising Your Product
The discs can be personalised to include short messages / information above and below the pictured animals. The example shows "Congratulations to you both" and "Welcome to the world little one" but these can be amended to include a message, the name of the new baby, their date of birth, or name of parents etc. Please keep these messages short due to the surface space available. The message will be the same on each disc.

Please note due to manufacturing methods and working in a very small unit our products are unfortunately not suitable for people with any food allergies or intolerances. We use Milk, Soya, Wheat, Barley, Oat, Egg, All Nut Types, Sulphur Dioxide & Sulphites, Fish & Beef Gelatine and Colourants significantly within the unit for various products.

Please allow up to 7 business days before your item will be made and dispatched. Your chosen shipping option time will also be on top of this waiting time. If you require your order faster than the standard turnaround time, please do not hesitate to send us a message first and we will try to accommodate your request as best we can.
