6 x Personalised chocolate jazzie discs which are handmade from either milk, white or dark luxury Belgian chocolate, and topped with a fully edible white Belgian chocolate image and 100s & 1000s. Each disc is approx. 30g in weight.
The discs are packaged in a beautiful white gift box and clear lid and tied with a ribbon. A blank gift tag can also be included to the item, so you can add your own message once received (at no extra cost). Labels are also provided with full ingredients and allergen/dietary information.
Slabs come wrapped in a food safe cellophane wrapper, and labelled confirming a full ingredient list and allergen/intolerance warning.
Personalising Your Item
1. Please confirm the name of the recipient and who the gift is from.
2. Please send two photographs you would like on the chocolate discs to amy@cocoaimes.com once you have completed your order, together with your order number. You will receive two of the same photo discs. Photos need to be clear and ideally the main focus of the image will need to be in the centre of the photo, as edges of the photo will be cropped out to fit into the circular design. If there are any issues with the photograph provided, we will let you know as soon as we can.

Please note due to manufacturing methods and working in a very small unit our products are unfortunately not suitable for people with any food allergies or intolerances. We use Milk, Soya, Wheat, Barley, Oat, Egg, Fish, All Nut Types, Sulphur Dioxide & Sulphites, Gelatine and Colourants significantly within the unit for various products.
Full ingredients and allergens are confirmed under the Ingredients/Allergen section. If you would like us to remove a specific topping from your order we can do so, please contact us prior to making your order, and we will advise you how to make your order accordingly.
