6 x Personalised chocolate jazzie discs which are handmade from either milk, white or dark luxury Belgian chocolate, and topped with a fully edible white Belgian chocolate image and 100s & 1000s. Each disc is approx. 30g in weight.
The discs are packaged in a beautiful white gift box and clear lid and tied with a ribbon. A blank gift tag can also be included to the item, so you can add your own message once received (at no extra cost). Labels are also provided with full ingredients and allergen/dietary information.
Personalising Your Product
The disc which says Happy Birthday can be personalised to include the recipient's name and/or age (there is a small surcharge for personalisation of 50p).

Please note due to manufacturing methods and working in a very small unit our products are unfortunately not suitable for people with any food allergies or intolerances. We use Milk, Soya, Wheat, Barley, Oat, Egg, All Nut Types, Sulphur Dioxide & Sulphites, Fish & Beef Gelatine and Colourants significantly within the unit for various products.

Please allow up to 7 working days before your item will be made and dispatched. Your chosen shipping option time will also be on top of this waiting time.
